🚭 Smoking: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking of anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home.
❄️ Winter Access: The home is open and accessible year-round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.View More

Portable A/C unit did not offer enough cooling for us. Second bedroom is very small. Lacked special touches and amenities that are offered in other places we’ve been. But overall a fine stay.Show more Jennifer
