Description of property a bit misleading
The property was very nice inside. It is obvious a lot of thought went into decorating and amenities offered. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We did find the description online very misleading when it came to outdoor space. Listing had said there was a patio/balcony. However, there was no outdoor space to sit outside and enjoy the views at all. Which was very disappointing, especially since the windows are all window wells with no outdoor view. We likely would have stayed elsewhere had we known there was no outdoor space to enjoy. My sister and her husband also complained of loud noises each night above their room, which was the bedroom right off the living area. They said it sounded like dogs walking around all night. The other bedrooms were mostly quiet.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the location was very convenient to Pike’s Peak and Garden of Gods If you don’t mind not having outdoor space, or views of the mountains from inside at all, this could be a perfect place.to stay.. Show more
