Guests have the entire place to themselves. The property has 3 other units on it however all tenants are quite and respectful.
During your stay you will have access to the entire unit with it's own private exterior entry! We welcome you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy all the wonderful food and drinks just a few minutes away located all around the Downtown area!

Thank you for everything.Show more 넘어갈 수 없는 빅이슈가 있어서 고객센터 통해 남은 날들 환불 받고 나오게 되었지만 20여일간 머무는 동안 하루도 편하지 않았어서 탈출하고 오히려 좋았음. 우리가 추위를 많이 타는 부분도 있지만 지하라 햇빛안들어서 안그래도 디폴트 온도가 낮은데 윗집이랑 분리된 온도조절장치가 없어서 첫날부터 개추웠음. 계속해서 문자로 온도 올려달라고 해서 조금 나아지나~싶어도 윗층에 손님이 있는 이상 말짱도루묵임. 10개월 애 이불 안덮으니 겨울 잠바 입히고 지냈음. 우리가 유난히 추위를 많이 타나 싶어도 66-68도는 좀 심했던거같음. 부엌에 전자렌지 뿐이고 냉장고도 작아서 장기 숙박은 비추. 환기할 방법 없고 공기청정기 같은거 있긴 했는데 필터언제갈았는지모를정도 엄청 더러웠음. 다운타운, 부대 등 가깝고 동네도 크게 위험한거 같진 않았음. 개인호스트가 아닌 업체라 24시간 컨택 가능한 부분은 좋았으나 연락할 일이 없었으면 더 좋았겠드...ㅏ무엇보다 이정도 퀄리티가 이 가격이라는게,, 스프링스물가 개도랐맨. 할말더많은디 쨌든 이곳계속렌트할생각이면 손많이보고 인스펙션제대로하고 하길바람. 우리는 그렇다치고 애 호흡기에 문제생겼으면고소각이었음.Show more Enjoyed our stay, cute basement apartment. It does have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was spacious and comfy. It does look like the photos. Some snacks and coffee provided. Crib and high chair were nice to have.
Couple of downsides for us with a small baby however…very narrow stairway to get down with baby and car seat/stroller. Upstairs neighbours can get loud and you hear all the footsteps..there was a couple kids while we were there and felt like a stampede at times, thankfully they quieted down around bedtime. AC is controlled remotely so you have ask host to change setting. Got a little chilly at times. Overall, cozy stay and great hostess. Location is convenient.Show more
