When it's time to unwind, step into a meticulously renovated condo offering stunning views of Mt. Princeton! Accommodating up to four individuals, this contemporary and recently updated condo is ideal for families or friend groups. Whether you're planning a week-long retreat or a brief weekend escape, you won't find a more comfortable or conveniently located accommodation in Buena Vista.
📢 Notice: Exterior building work will begin at the property on October 6th. Crews will be completing improvements to the building’s exterior, so you may notice workers or mild daytime noise during the day. This work will not impact access to the unit or parking.

🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire condo, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and everything this condo has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Great walking distance to Downtown BV. Roomy and clean condo. Communication with the property manager was excellent. enjoyable short stay - location great - facilities good - great little town
