📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Great location, but very over priced for what they have. I stayed at this tiny house & was disappointed overall. While the fenced yard, picnic table, & fire pit were nice & the hosts were responsive on check-in day & during the stay, the rest didn’t meet expectations, especially for the $ & high pet fee.<br/>Upon arrival, the cleaning chemical smell was overpowering. But, there were issues such as hair on the shower, dead bugs in the LR corner, flys/fruit flys around, & broken chair outside.<br/>The home felt much smaller than the photos suggested. The bed advertised as a queen was a full. The bedroom was extremely hot due to poor AC placement (in dining room). I had to go get fans to sleep.<br/>Communication was mixed: quick on check-in day, but slow before the stay & they didn’t acknowledge reservation questions.<br/>Another downside was being redirected to an external site to give extra personal info, pay another pet $, & get check-in/out instructions. That should’ve been handled in-app.
