Additional Sleeping Arrangements: A sleeper sofa is located in the loft area on the second level, and there's a sofa bed in the game room for extra guests.

🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.
🕒 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
📺 Smart TVs: All of the Smart TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. Please bring your login info for your streaming channels.
🏞️ Wildlife Awareness: You are in the mountains of Colorado! You will probably see wildlife, but please observe from a distance. There are often deer, elk, and bears in Woodland Park and around our home. Please use the bear-proof trash bins for any trash, and do not leave trash or food outside. You may also see the occasional rodent, snakes, and bugs. Please just keep your distance and stay safe.

This home was very accommodating pet friendly ! Many beds for large group ! It was located very close to downtown woodland park which has many restaurants. The back yard has a nice hot tub which was very clean it also has a nice fire pit to sit outside and enjoy ! The rooms were clean and it had three bathrooms which all have showers !! Kaitlyn was very responsive with any questions I had ! I would definitely book this home again
