This property was amazing and we already want to come back!Show more The property is decent but location is in a narrow, pothole'd alley blocked by traffic many days & hard to find even with instructions. What overshadows this review is Host support when a guest really needs it and does not get it..it is a statement. Our last hot day and night the AC went out. I reported to host & The host thought it was thermostat & directed me to reset it-I complied and it did not fix it. I shared it was a likely a compressor issue. The Host indicated they would do something promptly. The heat got worse & most windows had no screens for air. NO ONE CAME TO HELP, REPAIR OR FIGURE OUT what was wrong. I kept texting the host & they seemed to not have any response to the problem. It was apparent that they were going to let us suffer in the heat until the next day. Fed up we packed up @ 12am & left early to sleep in our car at the airport & not in the property heat. This RENJOY HOST & Property is not recommended. Also ABNB should remove "Master Host" rating.Show more The home was clean, thoughtfully stocked, cute decor and really comfortable. I would absolutely stay again!Show more
