🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. I can’t recommend this place enough! Kaitlyn was an amazing host—super responsive and always quick to answer any questions. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of fun amenities. Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even better. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, and the entertainment options were endless. We loved the game room with its large TV and variety of games, plus there was another TV on the main floor with all the streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and more). This home truly had everything we needed for a great stay. Next time I’m in Colorado Springs, I’ll definitely be booking here again! Perfect place for a family visiting Garden of the Gods Great and cute place with a really nice outdoor space looking over the mountains. Really nice host who communicated well! Would highly recommend
