Just five minutes from Stratton Open Space and Cheyenne Canyon Park where you can enjoy hiking through the Ponderosas by Cheyenne Creek, rock climbing, abundant mountain biking trails and Segway nature tours. Only a five minute walk through the neighborhood and you’ll arrive at the Ivywild School community marketplace with multiple food vendors, coffee at the Principal’s Office, Axe and Oak whiskey house, Bristol Brewery, trivia nights, yard games and many other activities all under the same roof! Walking distance to many other restaurants, ice cream shops, multiple grocery stores and cafes. A five minute drive to Downtown COS, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor and only a few more minutes in the car to Garden of the Gods, USAFA, UCCS, Colorado College, Red Rock Canyon and Manitou Springs - host of the legendary Maggie’s Farm (smoking not permitted in the unit).

The house is walking distance to restaurants and bars at Ivywild School, as well as the new CreekWalk Urban development. A Short drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, and the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center!

this is probably one of the best Airbnb that I have been in in the state of Colorado. I cannot begin to explain how beautiful and peaceful the space is. The graceful host accommodates you with water and beer and presents a wonderful coffee station for you caffeine lovers. The views are serene and the swaying trees will leave you in a trance if you stay out too long on the hammock. You won’t regret this stay - book before it gets booked! I would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t so popular ha!Show more Kaitlyn’s place was cozy and peaceful plus you had your own little space outdoors so you could relax and soak in a little fresh Colorado air. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the area and if I go back I know where I’m staying !!!Show more
