For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply
We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
$20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and the neighborhood was both quiet and welcoming, with very friendly neighbors. Although we experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning, it was quickly resolved, and we truly appreciated your prompt and attentive communication. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and the neighborhood was both quiet and welcoming, with very friendly neighbors. Molly's listing was so beautiful and quiet! Exactly as pictured with an amazing view of Cheyenne!
