Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Conveniently situated just east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this apartment offers proximity to a plethora of attractions in the area. Originally a garage, it has been transformed into a stunning private unit with great decorations and thoughtful touches like snacks and candies on the pillows. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🐾 Pets
If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Christmas 2024
Stayed to spend time with my son for Christmas! Very conveniently located to lots of attractions. Very nice place and decor. Was confused upon arrival didn’t know it was a garage converted to a two bedroom apartment! But very nice on the inside! Neighbor hood wasn’t the best looking but very quiet and no problems at all. Will definitely book again I loved how close some of Colorado Springs main attractions were to us. We loved the rental, definitely had everything me and my family needed for our stay. It’s very cute and cozy, I would definitely stay here again. Honestly such a beautiful place to stay , felt like home and so comfy also! Such a great response timing and helped when I got lost haha , defiantly will say to find the place needs to be pointed out a-little as in room, but other then that it was such a peaceful stay and the restaurants around were so good !
