Old Colorado City, formerly Colorado City, was once a town, but it is now a neighborhood within the city of Colorado Springs. Its commercial district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Lovely apartment that feels just like home. It's located in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs with plenty of places to eat and shop and close by attractions and hiking. Will absolutely rebook for future trips to Colorado!Show more

Great location, parking was a little challenging, but that is to be expected because it is in the heart of downtown. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. The air conditioning worked great, which is a must in the summer in Colorado Springs. The only negative was that we could not get in to the unit because the coded lock would not work. After about 45 minutes the issue was resolved and we did not have any further problems.Show more

My wife and I stayed with our 1 yr old son. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was equipped for what we needed. The proximity to multiple hikes (Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, Red rock canyon open space, North Cheyenne Canyon park), the Broadmoor, downtown all in <15 minutes was awesome. You can see Pike’s Peak from the kitchen window. The Saturday farmer’s market is a block away as well, and we were surprised how tasty some of the food was! The apartment is a walk up on the 2nd floor, which felt private enough, despite being in a busier part of town. Mishea was quickly responsive to all of our questions. Only small downside is you are less than a block from Colorado Ave, which can have some loud pickup trucks and motorcycles passing by.Show more

The Home is beautiful and the amenities and extras were awesome. We really struggled with noisy delivery drivers arriving very early outside the windows nearly every day, very loud. We also were not used to the homeless population in town, but that's not necessarily an issue with the home as it is all over. The door codes also didn't work which made us worry at midnight standing outside a locked door with a small tired child but after a few minutes we got a new code so that was appreciated. Other than that the space was great and we enjoyed our stay.Show more
