The space
Welcome to Lindenmere Retreat! Our cozy garden-level basement unit is perfect for couples, small families, or business travelers. While your stay offers privacy, please be aware the upstairs unit is rented separately and may be occupied during your visit.
The upstairs unit is usually rented separately, but you can book the entire house for larger groups and a more private stay.

Adjacent to the kitchenette, unwind in the cozy living room after a day’s adventure. Relax on the comfortable sofa, which doubles as a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Both the living room and bedroom feature fresh linens for a comfortable stay, where you can kick back, watch your favorite shows, or simply enjoy the welcoming ambiance.

Enter the inviting kitchenette, fully equipped with an induction cooktop, cookware, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates, bowls, microwave, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee maker for a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience.

🔑 During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire private garden-level basement unit, providing you with a secluded and comfortable retreat. Please note that the upstairs unit is typically rented separately; however, for larger groups seeking additional privacy, the entire house can be booked. It's important to mention that when the upstairs unit is booked, there may be some minimal noise from above.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Pleasant, peaceful experience loved the view and the comfort of a home away from home. Would highly recommend if looking for tranquility and a blissful experience. very nice place, we loved the stay Kaitlyn’s place was advertised as being enough room for 4 people. One of the two beds was a pullout couch that was gross and uncomfortable. Bad enough the people chose to sleep on the floor instead. There also was not enough bedding for 4 people. If you were going with only 1 or 2, the space here would be nice The accommodations were nice and clean! Kaitlyn was a very pleasant host!
