Bringing your furry friend? We welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog. This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Guidelines for your pets are outlined in our guidebook to ensure everyone has a great stay.
🏡 Duplex Living:
This is a duplex, so while you have your own private space and separate private yard in back, please be mindful of noise during quiet hours. Only one wall is shared with the other unit, and we appreciate your consideration of our neighbors.
🚗 Parking Instructions:
Please note that parking on the street is not permitted. Instead, parking is available off the alley, and you can access the property through the backyard. There are designated parking spots, including two covered spaces under the carport. After turning onto Woodburn, look for the alley on your right with a large yellow 'No Outlet' sign. Drive down the alley, and you'll find the carport on your right. Feel free to park under or next to the carport. Please be aware that larger vehicles may not fit under the carport.

Kaitlyn's place was beautiful and pristine. The drinks in the refrigerator and snacks were a great touch! We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit, and using the hot tub. The back yard was perfect for our son's dog. There were only two SMALL issues. The online confirmation says the address is 125, not 125 1/2, so we tried to open the wrong door when we first arrived. Glad no one was there. The guidebook says that there is street parking which made us think that we were not to use the carport in the back yard, only the street. We were then asked by the neighbors (owners?) to move our car out of the street. Like I said, small issues. Everything else was perfect and so much more important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! We chose this Airbnb because of the amenities and the option to bring our dogs. We were traveling for our honeymoon and loved being able to bring our fur babies! Our stay was peaceful, we never heard to neighbors even though the unit is a duplex. The unit was just as described, clean with nice accommodations! We loved how close it was to everything, all of our excursions were a quick drive away. Our only complaint was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, though we didn’t spend much time using it, so this wasn’t a huge bother for us 😊Show more
