📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Very spacious place, private, but so close to everything - eateries, hiking, hot springs, surrounding cities. Just a really great place. While there is some construction going on, it is really only during the day so it wasn't an issue at all. Still very quiet when we were there and was very enjoyable. Communication was awesome as well. We were SO happy with our stay! Plenty of space for our family of four, cozy and comfortable place with great walkability to both the river, South Main square and downtown Buena Vista. We’ll be back! S

Perfect stay for our family of 4. Kids loved the built-in bunk beds with full size mattresses. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment.
