🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout fee is $20 per half-hour late.

These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🚂 Proximity to Downtown: We are VERY close to downtown in an up-and-coming area that is also right by the railroad tracks. You will hear the frequent trains passing through town and see transients in the area near the Salvation Army. Our home is safe, fully fenced, and ready for a great vacation!

Great stay! Very cozy and clean house! The location is amazing, being only a few minutes from some of the most popular attractions and the downtown area. Host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The house was stocked with snacks, drinks, detergent, etc that made it extremely convenient when flying in.
