🔑 Your own private space! You’ll have the entire unit to yourself, including a private backyard. The hot tub area is shared with the lower 1-bedroom unit, but there’s plenty of space for everyone.

📜 Rental Agreement: To ensure a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide the details to complete the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in, your unique code and instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐶 Pets: If you plan to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. It's $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💰 Additional Fees: If you need early check-in or late checkout, please message us ahead of time for pricing. These additional fees cover the expenses of adjusting the schedule or adding an extra cleaner to accommodate your request.
🏠 Duplex Details: This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space.
🔇 Shared Space Etiquette
Since this is an upper-unit duplex, please be considerate of the guests in the lower unit. The property layout ensures privacy while promoting a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all guests. Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be very cold in winter, sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, so if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but will be heated to 102° later in the evening.
