🚗 We are on the corner of a high traffic street, but we have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in the back off of the alley too!
💧 We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will be heated to 102°F later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

I had a great stay at the Olympic flat. It was very conveniently located, right between the velodrome and the training facilities, while still close enough to downtown. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The space was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Thank you for a great stay at a great value. It was a wonderful location with access to anything you’d want in Colorado Springs! You could walk out and be able to immediately see mountains close by despite being in city limits, making it a versatile and pleasant environment. The flat was clean and the host was very responsive whenever you would reach out. Instructions and requests from hosts on how to handle things, such as the hot tub, were clear and easy to find. Overall it was a wonderful stay and a place I would absolutely go back to if I find myself in Colorado Springs again! After driving several hours, we arrive and the portable AC unit was broken and blowing hot air into the basement. My husband had to drive to the store for duct tape to "fix" the unit. However, the unit could not cool the space down enough to sleep in the rooms. We were going to put my son on the pull out couch instead. But, there was a huge pee stain and gross other stains on it. Disgusting. The unit was so loud we could not hear the TV. The house stank like shrimp when we arrived. Not cool. There were popcorn pieces on the floor in the living room and hairballs in several areas. So, not too clean. The shower head was calcified and shot water all over the floor. There were several dirty bags of laundry that needed to be washed and not enough clean towels to get us through 1 day. We left the next day and went to stay in a hotel, which was much better. Overall, the owners were very nice and did what they could, but I was very disappointed and mad. Pretty, Pretty, pretty bad experience.
