⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Our host was nice and kind! However, We walked out after waiting 2 hours for the unit to get warm. It was 26 degrees upon our early morning check-in, no place to park as promised, and we were given 5 different codes to try and enter. Finally we got in and it was even colder. We were told that the host controls the heat, so we turned all the knobs on High. Still too chilly to shower and get some sleep, we left and checked into a local hotel, after explaining our dilemma, they got the room ready and we slept all day. Our host Kaitlyn had made so many attempts to reach me while I was trying to sleep, I felt that was inconsiderate. In addition; AirBNB was reaching out too. Did we get any decent rest? No! My thought, do not book this place in the winter months and if you do, Bring a heated blanket! I lost the cost of 1 night and 50% of the costly maintenance fee. After driving 23 hours, All we wanted was a shower, a hot cup of tea, and a warm bed. That was not given to us by Kaitlyn. SMH Deshayla

We had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described and in a perfect location for exploring Colorado Springs. Kaitlyn was incredibly communicative and accommodating... she offered great local recommendations that made the trip even better. Clean space, easy check in, no surprises. I’d happily stay here again. Overall very pleased with our stay. Kaitlyn, our host was very responsive & was there to answer any questions we had. Place was overall very clean. Situated perfectly in Colorado Springs. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to visit.
