🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

While there is no thermostat accessible in this unit, we’re happy to adjust the temperature remotely at any time to ensure your comfort. Just let us know your preferred setting, and we’ll make the adjustments promptly.

There is construction in part of the front yard as well as the back yard. However, we still have the seating area and grill on site for your use!

I truly enjoyed my stay, Kaitlyn was communicative and prompt to reply to my questions. This area is perfect if you like solitude, along side pretty views and a safe neighborhood. I loved the decor of old western vibes and forest green accents. I would highly recommend staying here if you need sometime to unwind and recharge. The space was beautiful and felt like home away from home and the host was so kind and lovely. Ainsley

A great place for a couple of nights. Across the street from a cute cafe for easy breakfasts. Good kitchen and lots of amenities. Kaitlyn would always answer fast and gave great instructions! Would definitely stay here again!
