Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. A minimum $300 fee will apply if smoking is detected during your stay.
🧑💼 Minimum Age
Guests on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The named reservation guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
🔒 Security
For security, there are exterior audio/video recording cameras. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
🚗 Parking
Free street parking, driveway parking, and garage parking are available.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at or after 4 pm, and check-out is prior to or at 10 am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.
