Step into the warm and newly decorated living room as you enter the home. Relax and unwind with the large Smart TV, Nintendo game system, DVD player, and an assortment of DVDs for your entertainment. Dog owners will appreciate the dog toys and multiple dog beds available.
🍳 Kitchen & Dining Room
The main level features a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen with an island for your convenience, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, and some cooking spices. Enjoy the provided coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The place was really cozy. It had everything we needed. The house was just a bit older than we expected. The check-in process was easy but a bit confusing about the pre-checkin step as I was not sure about the purpose and didn’t need to do so for other places.<br/>But overall, the experience was great! we really enjoyed our stay here and Kaitlyn was always quick to respond! This rental was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was fantastic. We loved the area!<br/>We hung out in the living room and thought the couch was perfect for watching a movie. There were plenty of board games at our disposal for a rainy day.<br/>The kitchen was well stocked and huge. We had everything we needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The sky lights brought in great sunshine and we only needed to put on lights once the sun went down.<br/>The bedrooms were spacious and the beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of closet space to hang up clothes. Each bedroom had a television and plenty of outlets to charge phones, computers, etc. <br/>Having 2 bathrooms was a plus and each of them were super clean and were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with plush towels.<br/>Lastly, the house was dog heaven. A fully fenced in yard, dog door and food and water bowls. They thought of everything! The fire pit and deck were nice to hang out on. We loved our stay! We enjoyed our stay at Kaitlyn’s property. We chose it because of the location and we anticipated bringing our beloved pup. We ended up leaving her home after all but the property is set up well for two-legged and four-legged guests. We enjoyed the layout of the home, the welcoming backyard with fire pit, and games provided. We had an unfortunate situation with the central air system that wasn’t working, and they were good to work at resolving it equitably.
