Step into the warm and newly decorated living room as you enter the home. Relax and unwind with the large Smart TV, Nintendo game system, DVD player, and an assortment of DVDs for your entertainment. Dog owners will appreciate the dog toys and multiple dog beds available.

The main level features a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen with an island for your convenience, and a dining room. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Host was wonderful to work with- stayed in touch throughout our stay. Had no issues on arrival or exit. Great location and very clean home. It was just as described and close to USAFA, as well as some great eating spots. We loved Wyatt's up the street. Would stay there again for sure! This airbnb is gotta be one of the most awesomest awesomest cleanest quietest. If airbnb's that I've been to yet in Kaitlyn, our host was awesome. Any issues we came across? She was immediately on it! I would have to say renjoy hasn't disappointed us yet I don't think it would be possible for them to provide a bad Airbnb there one of the best thank you Kaitlyn it was the best time. The place was really cozy. It had everything we needed. The house was just a bit older than we expected. The check-in process was easy but a bit confusing about the pre-checkin step as I was not sure about the purpose and didn’t need to do so for other places.<br/>But overall, the experience was great! we really enjoyed our stay here and Kaitlyn was always quick to respond!
