The living room features a large sectional couch, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a cozy built-in fireplace.

🔑 The entire house and property are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay! Feel free to kick back and relax in the new hot tub or take the amazing paddleboard or kayak to the lake for some fun in the sun! The hot tub and water toys are for you to use at your own risk.
You'll have access to the right side of the garage, providing comfortable parking space for two cars. Additionally, the garage stores trash cans, a kayak, and a paddleboard for your use. Direct entry into the home is available from the garage or the front entrance. While you can also park two cars in our ample driveway, we request, as a courtesy to our neighbors, that no parking occurs in front of or alongside the house at any time.

Just a stone's throw away from the lake (although not directly on the lake), our home offers a peaceful retreat with a strong emphasis on maintaining its beauty and the serenity of our neighborhood.
🚫 No Parties: Please note, this is not a venue for parties. We ask that guests respect our home, our neighbors, and the peaceful ambiance of the area. To preserve this, we kindly request that booking guests be at least 25 years old.
👰 No Events: Please refrain from organizing wedding parties or any other gatherings. We also appreciate your cooperation in adhering to a no-pet and no-smoking policy (outdoor smoking is permitted).
🛁 Hot Tub Info: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will reach 102°F later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Amenities
My family and I enjoyed our stay in Kaitlyn's home. Everything about the home was perfect. Every time we went out, we could not wait to get back to just enjoy the relaxing in the house. We would love to return here whenever we are back in Colorado visiting our son.Show more The home was fabulous, better than expected. We loved the area, visiting Monument Rock for the sunrise and walking on Monument Lake. All amenities worked as expected, and Kaitlyn promptly responded to every question I had. Even the train track outside the neighborhood was quieter than one might expect, so don't let that deter you from staying here.
The family had a wonderful time and made lots of memories playing games, eating together with plenty of utensils, and sleeping in comfortable beds. The fireplace in the Master Bedroom was a nice addition with a lot of room. We had 10 people in the home and it did not feel crowded ever with plenty of sitting space, and the nice sized kitchen.
