We will message you your unique code to enter into the door on the morning of your arrival! This code will only work during the duration of your stay for your safety and the safety of our cleaners.
🔑 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This house is a great location for visiting Colorado College and Downtown Colorado Springs. It is across the street from Campus and Robson’s Arena, so walkable for any event on the Colorado College campus. Beautiful, historic neighborhood. The house has great gathering space in the living room/dining room and a large kitchen. There are four bedrooms upstairs and one large bathroom upstairs. The other bathroom is small and downstairs, not near the bedrooms-fine if you are with family or close friends, but something to consider if you are renting the house with other people. The bedrooms are a nice size for an older house, all adjacent to one another and comfortable, but without mirrors in three of them. One thing to consider is that the stairwell and bedrooms upstairs have dated, shaggy carpet that really bothered one of our guests-just mentioning if you are sensitive to those things. Otherwise, the house couldn’t be in a better location in COS! Very walkable area! K

We had a great stay!! When we had an issue with an appliance not working they handled it quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great space and great location!!! We had a great time!!! Older and quaint house in a lovely location. Spacious bedrooms with cozy and comfy linens.
