Guest access
During your stay you will have access to this entire basement unit to include the private washer and dryer in unit to use at your convenience! You will also have access the to shared courtyard where you'll find a wood fire pit, seating, and the shared hot tub patio! The upstairs unit is rented out separately.
Other things to note
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit which can be noisy at times. This basement level unit is wonderful, stocked, and clean, but may not be the best for light sleepers.
***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More
