During your stay, you will have access to the entire cottage! This also includes your own private driveway parking and smaller fenced in yard.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We appreciated a nice comfortable one night stay with our dog. The home is located across the street from a large school with a park which we also found convenient. The home is easy to find and close to many different food and travel options. We would certainly consider staying again in the future! Dominic

Was easy to work with and responsive for any needs that arose. Great little place, pretty basic but works well. Location is close to tons of outdoor activities. Cute little place, totally separate unit from the main house. Less than 10min drive to Manitou, and away from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. <br/>The host went above and beyond with her quick responses, and personal touches with turning on the lights and some music before we arrived! We wanted to stay an extra night, sadly it was already booked, but she offered to find us another house to stay at. <br/>Overall great place and we had a good time, the only thing we have to say at all is, it seems they sweep the floors as opposed to vacuum. So there was some dog hair and some light dirt from shoes on the ground that stuck to our bare feet and got into the bed with us. Nothing crazy but just enough to notice. <br/>We would definitely book again for our next stay!!
