📜 Rental Agreement
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply
We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets
If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
A fee of $20 per half hour late will be charged for unauthorized late checkouts.
💲 Additional Fees
To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Don't do it.
There were several issues that made the location hard to find, complicated to enter, unsafe, unclean, and uncomfortable to stay in but the absolute deal breaker was the lack of heating in the room, lack of hot water, and lack of communication with host. When attempting to contact host I was called back by a 3rd party who was not fluent in English (renjoy?) not the actual host. I was given trouble shooting steps and told they were trying to coordinate with maintenance. We left after one night and informed them of such. It is not acceptable to not have heat in the entire unit or no hot water. They responded THREE DAYS later (after our scheduled check out) claiming the system worked we just hadn’t turned it on because it was off when they finally sent maintenance… We aren’t mentally disabled and had the heat on when it got down to 30 degrees but the system does not function properly throughout the unit. Even in the living area there is an attched heating unit to help keep it warm. I informed them that we turned the system off when leaving as you do for check outs because we followed the check out instructions even when we only stayed the one night out of 3. Still never addressed the hot water. All of this communication has been through the 3rd party. Even after a week I have yet to be in contact with the actual host. Now I have to battle for refund because VRBO says its up to the 3rd party site and the host or RENJOY is claiming everything worked fine which is an absolute lie.Show more
