🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

My partner and I stayed the Red Rocks Caboose on a whim and it did not disappoint! The aesthetic was beautiful and perfect for the theme. The place was very clean and our host responded promptly whenever I asked a question! The only downside I would say is the bed was a little uncomfy. Overall, we loved our stay! S

The entire stay was fabulous! It’s such a fun experience and we really enjoyed our stay there. My husband and I even planned a whole day of our trip to stay in and have a movie marathon. The rental was very clean and well stocked with hygiene essentials, waters, and snacks! It’s small and cozy, perfect for a couple. We had such an amazing time. Thanks for hosting us! Sara Rose

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaitlyn’s place. We thought that it would just be us within the area and didn’t anticipate that it would be in an RV area. Another things that hopefully would be resolved soon is that we like to park the car under the area and not in front of it, and there were no lights. The stairs are around back which was still dark, in my opinion. So we had to use our phone flashlights to come up the stairs. It didn’t hamper our experience though. Place was awesome! And the host, Kaitlyn, was very proactive. We loved it. We would 100% go back and refer our friends and family to stay.
