This listing is amazing! I love how the two bedrooms were set up. The living room area is very inviting. The bedside lights were helpful. Kaitlyn is patient and helpful. If you're coming to the Colorado Springs area, you should check this listing out! Affordable and in a quiet neighborhood! Kaitlyn was extremely responsive and always on point. This is a basement unit so you'll have some noise when the upstairs unit is rented! Overall a great location and close to shops and such! It felt like home very comfortable. Ekatarina

It’s also a downstairs unit and you can hear EVERYTHING from upstairs. I mean steps, tv, talking, and pets. Also, all smells from upstairs seeped to downstairs. We ended leaving early because our baby wasn’t sleeping because of all the consistent noise. Reaching out to the host didn’t seem to help either. We gave up. We won’t be staying here again.
