🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, patio, detached studio and a hot tub. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The backyard really made the trip. We spent a lot of time outside with our kids and they loved the putting green and all the outside games provided. The property had everything we needed and everything was in working order. The location was good for the activities we did and most things were within a 20 minute drive. The house is the second house from the more main street, so it could be a little noisier at times. There was also some general wear and tear on the interior of the property (peeling/chipping paint, broken baseboards, cracked tiles), but nothing that made parts unusable, just aesthetic issues. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Kaitlyn was helpful and the house was exactly what we needed, great backyard and close to things! Jackie

This was a lovely neighborhood and the house was perfect for our small kids. The yard was wonderful and we loved the open living room.
