Welcome to our beautifully renovated home, designed with modern comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay. We’ve thoughtfully prepared each space to meet your needs.

We’ve also provided kid-friendly dinnerware to make family meals seamless and enjoyable. Cooking for your loved ones will feel like a breeze in this well-appointed space.

Enjoy the fresh Colorado air in our fully-fenced backyard. Dine outdoors with a table and ample seating, relax on the deck, or enjoy open space for activities. End your evenings around the large fire pit, perfect for making s’mores and staying warm as you savor the Colorado nights.
Guest access
🔑 You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :)
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
