📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Perfect Getaway
Great property! It was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was perfect and centrally located to all of our activities. Parking in the alley can be a bit tight if you are driving a truck, but there is plenty of street parking. Overall, it was a great place to stay! N

Good for location
Property was nice. I didn’t know the central AC wasn’t working, they did supply a window AC unit but it did get hot especially in the bedroom. One set of us slept in the bedroom and the other had to sleep on the couch and air mattress as the pullout couch bed was super uncomfortable. We didn’t get to sit around in the chairs out back because they were not durable enough and the toilet was so hard to flush. Not sure if it was stuck or something? Other than those small potatoes, the property was a great location in the central of CO Springs, and the owners were super communicative. Property was super clean. The complimentary snacks were a plus as well! Will use the company to stay again just maybe not the property for 4 people. Thank you!!!
