📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This place was great. It was a fun and whimsical way to spend our anniversary trip. The house is really close to tourist attractions and places to eat. It’s also walking distance to some local trails! The host left us complimentary snacks, a map of the area and trails, and a personalized note with Wi-Fi and other helpful instructions. The host checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. The house does share the outside space with two other BNB’s, and is about ten feet away from a goat pen. That was a pleasant surprise for us! There is a communal fire-pit and outside seating that my husband and I used every day! Very cozy. Worth every penny! j

This cottage was the perfect staycation near Old Colorado City. The location was ideal, the cottage was cozy and comfortable, and Kaitlyn was easy and open to communicate with. We will be back. S
