Please note that Unit #4 is not part of this rental and is not available to guests. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This home is located in a gorgeous neighborhood and was a great spot for my big group. The kitchen was big and spacious and good for mealtime. We had issues with a couple of bed frames being broken, which led us to have to change our pre-planned sleeping arrangements last-minute. The dishwasher also had standing water at the bottom of it, which did not smell great when we opened it up. We ended up hand-washing all of our dishes as a result. One of the bathroom sinks leaked after heavy usage. And we spotted a mouse on the ground level of the main house on our last night - it looked like it ran down into the basement. On the whole we enjoyed our time, but certain things could definitely be improved. Martina

We booked this property based on how it was described, but the listing turned out to be very misleading. It was presented as a large “Noble Mansion” with 3 units, 8 bedrooms, 4 baths yet in reality we only had access to 2 units, 7 beds, 3 baths. The hosts did try to respond and offer help once we raised concerns, but by then we were already in the house. Beyond that, the condition was disappointing: dirty ceiling fans, three unusable queen beds, outlets not working, stained/dusty carpets, and a shower curtain with pink/orange discoloration suggesting mold. At this price point, these issues should have been addressed long before our arrival. Offering help after we were already in the house was too late. Additionally, there was a maintenance person trying to enter the home for a broken window which we did not see or report. Host said no maintenance was scheduled but this individual showed up twice, the picture they had did not match the broken glass in the unit. J

A beautifully-situated Victorian home in a lovely neighborhood that easily and comfortably accommodated our large family ( 9 adults and 3 kids). We were in town for our daughter's wedding at the Broadmoor. This home was the perfect home base in between all the wedding festivities. Beautiful, quaint and fully equipped for everything we needed during our stay. We even took advantage of the hot tub and BBQ. It was perfect for our big weekend. I am so grateful that we were able to find a home that could accommodate us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was huge, the mattresses were extremely comfy. It’s an older home which added an interesting and fun feel.
