The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Rainbow Road and is also available to book. Other things to note 🔑 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a Duplex. The other unit is also a rental (Rockies Rainbow Road) and can be booked too if you have a large group and need double the space! (6 total bedrooms) 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🛁 Shared Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is shared between guests of both units. Stayed here on a friends trip to Colorado and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. It was packed with things to do and was a very relaxing and peaceful stay. The house was extremely nice and very clean. Kaitlyn was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in Colorado Springs. Very close to a lot of attractions and never felt out of the way. I will be staying again in the future.

The home is secluded. The person renting the other home had 5+ vehicles. It made it very difficult for us to park in front of our rental because they took all of the spaces. We could not enjoy the hot tub because it was cloudy and looked dirty. That was disappointing because we drove 12 hours and we're looking forward to it. Upon entering the home, there was an odd smell. Almost like someone had cooked something with very strong spices, not a pleasant smell. When I used the dishwasher a nice puddle of bubbles formed on the floor. Some of the coffee mugs and dishes in the cupboard had old food/drink on them so I placed them in the dishwasher. The carpets were are a white/very light beige color and soiled to the point of having to wear shoes inside. The decor is exactly as shown in the photos and very cute. The game room was an excellent temp and adorable. The bathrooms were very functional and clean. Nice place for a short weekend in the Springs.
