We used this for a family of 11, age 3 thru 60, base spot for CO Springs to Denver vacation. Could not have been more perfect. Nice neighborhood to return to after all the busy tourist spots! All the comforts of home with well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room, and an air-hockey table!Show more First, Kaitlin was great, very responsive but there were things with the home she could not fix. the home advertised A/C but the thermostat was locked on a low of 74 and would jump to 77 during the day, she tried to lower the temp remotely but not sure she had success. the worst part was the ROKU tv, which is absolutely worthless. you cannot get any current news, sports anything. It is just another sly way owners reduce their expenses, but for the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. I will never rent another home that doesn't have some sort of cable.Show more
