Kaitlyn’s house was in a very quiet and perfect location. It was close to everything and in a great neighborhood so it was quiet and peaceful especially with the mountains outside the back door. The place was very clean and had great secluded parking in the back. A great place to stay Jennifer

Kaitlyn was very responsive as a host. The kitchen appeared to be recently renovated and had new appliances, as well as all the expected amenities. Unfortunately, we had several issues with the property. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the home. The entire rental, although partially renovated, was old. The bathroom was in need of a renovation and there was mold on the shower walls. The sofa had stains. Also, the property description has conflicting information (2 queen beds but the picture indicates a king and a queen). There was a nice view of the mountains, but the backyard setting was unappealing. We were disappointed in our stay, but Kaitlyn was responsive to our concerns. Everything was as expected and the location is great if you’re interested in cycling some of the better routes in Colorado Springs. Great location. Comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower.
