The space
Welcome to Canopy Springs!
Originally built in the mid-20th century, this charming home has been thoughtfully updated to provide modern comforts while retaining its classic appeal. Nestled among trees, it offers a serene environment just a short walk from the iconic Broadmoor.

Relax in the cozy living room, featuring an 85” 4K Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. With comfortable seating, it's the perfect spot for family gatherings or a quiet evening in.

Start your day with complimentary coffee! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, stocked with utensils, pots, pans, spices, cooking oils, and more to help you prepare delicious meals.

Guest access
🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house and cottage. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🦌 Wildlife Notice: Wildlife activity is common in the area, so please be mindful of food, trash, and scented items when outside. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent unwanted animal encounters.

Our Family enjoyed the big beautiful space this home had to offer. Beds were comfortable and game room was a fun place to hangout. we also enjoyed all the mature landscaping around the property, and the wildlife in the neighborhood. Kaitlyn was a great host and super quick to respond to all our questions. we hope to be back again. I

The house is clean and spacious. We had eight in our group for 5 nights. Reasonable proximity to dining and activities. The Broadmor Hotel is within walking distance. The kitchen can use pots and pans. We found only one large pot. Need silverware. There were few forks and little spoons. The gas grill was in reasonably condition and we did cookout. Few issues; the door to the main level deck could use some adjustments (very hard to lock). The shower downstairs did not have a shower rod or curtain. The management company addressed that issue. Overall, it was a nice, clean and comfortable house. The location seemed safe. Lots of people taking walks. O
