This gorgeous house is ideally situated, just one street off from a busy road, offering the perfect blend of easy access, peace, and quiet. Within walking distance, you'll find yourself in Old Colorado City, surrounded by great food, awesome patios, and occasional live music!

The main level hosts a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet with hanging organizers, and a private en-suite bathroom. The fully stocked bathroom includes soft towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and more. With two vanities and a gorgeous, spacious shower, this master suite has it all!

Upstairs, find a queen bedroom with a closet featuring hanging organizers for your convenience. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in luxurious sheets and fluffy pillows.

Also upstairs, a versatile room with a sit-stand desk for work. The space includes a wonderfully comfortable Queen Murphy Bed, offering flexibility for sleeping arrangements or additional office space.

The main level boasts a half bath, and the master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs, discover a full bathroom with a bathtub. All our bathrooms are sparkling clean and generously stocked for your comfort.

You are welcome to park anywhere on the street as there is plenty of parking!
Guest access
🔑 You will have access to the entire house for the duration of your stay to include the hot tub, fire pit, and fenced in yard.
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏠 Home Away From Home: Our place is perfect for your next home-away-from-home! Enjoy all the amenities of a gorgeous, new home in the middle of Colorado Springs with an AMAZING location.
🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
