🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

Kaitlyn's place was beautiful and well appointed with amenities. Loved the modern, open floor plan. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a long day. The neighborhood is full of cute houses! The water pressure allows for only one shower to run at a time but that was easy to accommodate for once we knew. Beds were comfy and rooms had adequate storage space. At first the house was wonderful. Almost everything was as shown in the pictures. Then we found out you have zero control over the AC in the house. Let me tell you after being outside hiking and coming back and it was anywhere between 74 - 85 degrees on the first floor and 10 degrees warmer upstairs and you cannot cool the house off it is more than frustrating. Kaitlyn’s response was they couldn’t turn it below 72 degrees to keep the pipes from freezing, so I reached out to RenJoy for five days straight and was told that they’d schedule a tech to come out and to wait for the house to cool down. We ended up leaving three days early, 85 is too hot to sleep and after not receiving a response we were out of options.
I think if the weather is cooler (70 or below) it would be a cute house to stay in. The neighborhood felt safe, it was 5 minutes or less to all the cute shops and no more than 10-15 from everything else we did.
