Amenities
This is a managed place and not done by an owner. Check in and parking were confusing. This is a duplex. The 2 parking spots and duplex doors are not clearly marked which caused confusion with both guests. During the evening we noticed there were less towels than guests we had and they never brought them over until the next day. When they were brought, the door was left unlocked. Additionally, we needed wifi and it did not work and there was not an effort to get it fixed. Also, Verizon service is not great in the house. The area was a little rough but that was expected based on the price. They charge for early checkin. This is also a place that has a cleaning "list" but still charges a high cleaning fee.
Overall the place was okay, however, because this is managed by a company, I felt we were treated as a number rather than someone who wants to run a business and ensure their guest stay is over the top. Im not saying I wouldn't recommend this place but I would not stay here again.Show more The place was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable the linen very clean the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. The yard was great for our pups and equipped with a pooper scooper. Also a bbq pit with everything you need to bbq. Kaitlyn was very responsive and friendly. Lovely place, clean and cozy. I was in town to work at UC Health Central Hospital, and it was a 5 minute walk! Despite that, it’s quiet and comfortable. I’ll stay here again when I come back.Show more
