We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Great location and a wonderful weekend for six adults! We really appreciated the blend of older home charm with kitchen, bed / linen and technology upgrades. Only minor complaint was that the air conditioning does not really work on the second floor, so it can get very warm up there.Show more “Tiger Lair” is a charming historic house perfectly located for visiting Colorado College and right next door to the terrific Dale Street bistro. Our family used the house for CC commencement, and it was perfect for including family and guests traveling in for the event. The house is spacious and thoughtfully decorated with original art and period furniture. It also has seemingly endless hot water, which was nice for the serial showers involved with a group of people getting ready for a big event! We had a problem with the WiFi while we were there, and the hosts addressed it right away, finding an effective work around that got us on line. Thank you! The four star for cleaning is just because the cleaners had not properly cleaned the kitchen before our arrival. This felt like a one time mistake, not an ongoing issue, and the rest of the house was spotless. Exactly what we needed. I definitely recommend to anyone needing a larger place near CC.Show more Overall, we enjoyed our month-long stay at Tiger Lair. It was clean and spacious, and we were able to feel settled in after a few days. Kaitlyn was very responsive to our questions and respected our privacy. We absolutely loved being within walking distance to downtown (you can be on the main street of Tejon within seconds, heading toward food/coffee/playground), and the neighborhood felt safe. Occasionally at night we would hear college kids yelling across the street in front of the college's parking garage. A few things to note if you're staying for an extended period of time: the kitchen is very small; there is no pantry for food storage; the bedroom curtains are thin so all the outside floodlights shine right in (we had to get disposable blackout curtains); it was very hard to regulate the temperature in the bedrooms (some were very cold and some were very hot); and the master bed was rock hard.
