My only suggestion would be to get better quality pots and pans and silverware. We stayed for awhile and it was a bit difficult to cook. It was a bummer that the garage door code did not work the whole stay… so you had to go around the block to shut the door. We had a few things go wrong but, Kaitlin worked quickly to correct the problems. (Beeping from fire alarms, Internet, and front door code). At the end I finally talked to Kaitlyn on the phone and she was very nice. In the middle over the holidays I felt like it was an answering service continually giving me canned answers of “thank you for this we’ll get back to you shortly”… I prefer to know I am talking to someone nearby that can help me and respond.
