🏨 No Onsite Maintenance or Cleaning: We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning services like hotels, but rest assured, all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
❄️ Central AC: Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, lowering the thermostat below 68 degrees may freeze the unit if it’s working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime—simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

🗑️ Trash Disposal: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and to protect the surrounding active wildlife in the area.

We booked this place last minute as the other place we were going to stay made us feel unsafe. The host was very proactive and provided a lot of information. The place was easy to get into, the carpet was a little used and older looking. They house is old and has old home aspects but overall was a great place to stay for a few days!Show more Jesse

Place is cute and in a cool walkable area to main street. VERY clean with plenty of cool games. Kaitlyn did a nice job and very well run.
Except it cost $123 night but it was my fault for not seeing $150 for cleaning !!! And $40 abb fee + so our $123 bargain turned into like $330 !
One night … we were there for 15 hours.
So we were all a little disappointed but as in all ABB ya GOTTA look for hidden fees … thats part of the game they play.
