Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with complimentary K-cups, sugar, and creamer. Equipped with all the essentials, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Our sparkling clean, remodeled bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, vanity, and soft, plush towels. We’ve also stocked it with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hairdryer, and some extra essentials.

🔑 You will have private access to the entire main floor of the house for the duration of your stay! We rent out the basement separately, but they have their own private entrance so there are no shared spaces within the duplex setup
The shared back yard with the basement unit is yours for enjoying as well :)

It was our first time in Colorado Springs and we had a wonderful time! We were happy with Kaitlyn’s place. It was cute, cozy, and comfortable. Kaitlyn was a wonderful host! Very helpful and responded in a timely manner when I reached out to her.
