📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

We had a lovely stay. Great location just north of Colorado Springs within easy driving distance of places we wanted to visit. And not too far from Denver. We really enjoyed our trip. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was extremely responsive and able to communicate even at late hours, which we greatly appreciated. The space was very welcoming and warm, with thoughtful supplies provided throughout.<br/>The shower was excellent, and the bidet was an unexpected and fantastic bonus. The front closet was well stocked with a snow shovel and snow saucers/sleds, and there was a great selection of board games and reading material available.<br/>We did notice an indicator light on the stove showing a surface was hot when it was not. The host immediately offered to send someone to address it, but we declined as it was not necessary during our stay and preferred to wait until checkout.<br/>After checkout, I realized I had forgotten an item, and the host was able to unlock the door remotely right away so I could retrieve it. Overall, this was a smooth, comfortable, and very positive experience, and we were extremely happy with our stay. We would absolutely recommend it! Great place, clean, quiet, and exactly like the post read. Would stay again. Desmond
