In the kitchen, cook to your heart's content! It's perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay.

Gather 'round in the warm and bright living room, featuring a large Smart TV and a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.

Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom! Complete with wonderfully comfortable and crisp linens, fluffy pillows, and a convenient sink setup right in your room for brushing your teeth and washing your face before a restful night's sleep. The Master Bedroom also features a full en-suite bathroom, beautifully finished with custom tile throughout. Enjoy the double shower head, walk-in shower, and spaciousness to get ready in the mornings or before a night out on the town!

The bathroom is fully stocked with a hair dryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even some face wipes and feminine products in case you forget while on the go!

Traveling with little ones? No need to stress! We happily provide a pack 'n play and high chair in our unit for your use at any time during your stay. 😊
❄️ Heating/AC
We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay. The portable AC unit is removed during the winter and re-installed in the spring, ensuring comfort year-round.
🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire Loft to include the private desk where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the crisp Colorado mornings! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees help cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

We were looking for a private and easily accessible place to stay for a long weekend in COS. Loved that there were baby amenities, such as a pack and play and high chair for our almost 2 year old daughter. We did have an issue with a bright light shining directly in the bedroom, above the garage. So if you need darkness to sleep, like we do, I’d bring your own black out curtains. Very easily drivable to old Colorado city and surrounding areas. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishwasher, full fridge, coffee maker and essential spices.Show more Rachel

My family and I stayed here during our trip, and we LOVED IT!! It was pet and toddler friendly which was our top priority and was close to all the areas we wanted to explore so it checked all our boxes!
