Welcome to your private escape in the heart of Old Colorado City! This upstairs unit provides a cozy, convenient basecamp for your adventures. With a private entrance and smart lock, your comfort and privacy are guaranteed.

Relax in our comfy living room after a busy day. We've got a fancy 4k Roku Smart TV for entertainment. Our modern design makes it a peaceful spot for you to unwind.
🍳 Kitchen:
Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether you're the chef in your group or you just barely know your way around a kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to make a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

🔑 Check-In: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
🧴 Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🏡 Private Entrance: This is the upstairs unit. We rent out the basement separately, but no worries—both units have their own private entrances with smart locks!
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire upstairs unit, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and bathroom. This home is one side of a duplex, with the basement rented separately. Each unit has its own private entrance and smart lock. Please note the backyard is a shared outdoor space and may be used by guests in the lower unit, including the fire pit and BBQ grill.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Up to check-in I communicated regularly with the host. They were kind and quick to respond. The home was cute and almost like pictured. The main problem we had was the listing showed “Entire Home” but there was someone living in the basement. The back door had a laundry room with separate doors that connected the main floor and the basement. We never saw the basement dweller but we heard them 24/7. It really creeped my kids out bad. We paid for an entire home but that wasn’t the case. After being called out, the host stopped responding. Airbnb found no warning of the basement guest. Brandon
