🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Wonderful place to stay with great amenities. The only reason for 4 stars is because of a few issues we had during our week long stay. We had trouble staying connected to the Internet- we finally received a good username and password 2 days before leaving. We had issues figuring out the pool and spa heat but we were finally able to figure this out. Ice maker stopped working or barely made a few cubes. They did have someone come out to look at it but never started working so I assume they may have needed to order a part or something. Renjoy was great at responding but kept asking us to take pics of TV screen or fridge screen. There was nothing a picture would help with as there was no error screen or anything. We would definitely book here again as the amenities were great and close to many attractions, beaches and restaurants. Nicholas

Our stay was great! We had a handful of college friends stay and enjoy the pool on the property and surrounding Bradenton beaches. Kaitlyn and Michael were very responsive to any concern we brought up and even offered a great deal we accepted to extend our stay! I would recommend this property if your looking for a clean, pristine, relaxing place to lay your head. Roger

Every things was exelent just during the checking the pin didn’t work and i tried some times, finally i called and received new pin for a box to take the key. second , the wifi didn’t work , but the next day started work properly. the communication with Kaitlyn and Miguel was exelent, they we’re i touch with me and helped in everything, the house, the location, was exelent. we enjoyed and rested.
