Amenities
While we enjoyed our stay and Kaitlyn was very communicative, there were a few issues. Pictures of the backyard did not match the photos- there is now a structure erected in the middle of the backyard that was actively under construction while we were there. The fence in the back had been removed and the backyard was unkempt, with knee-high weeds rendering the fire pit nearly inaccessible. We enjoyed the comfortable beds but rugs were noticeably worn and dirty, water filter needs replacing, and the shower curtain in the second bath was molded and had an odor. I didn’t like that the host used another app to communicate and tried to charge additional fees outside of Airbnb for early checkin or late checkout.
