For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late
*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
Next to our property is an RV storage facility but the views above that towards the mountain range are still great!

The RV was cosy and clean. The location was quiet, but just a few blocks from a nice shopping district.Show more This place was okay for just a night but not worth what I paid. The neighborhood it was in wasn't very private and cramped next to neighbors. The curtains over the sliding glass door were short and sheer. At night you could completely see inside the RV with the lights on I had to cover it with a blanket.Show more Kaitlyn took our reservations as an urgent request because we had to cancel a different reservation with a different hostess. She was wonderful to work with and was responsive to EVERY request. We were comfortable and were able to keep our Yorkshire Terrier with us.
